A senior a the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science who is completing an internship as part of a mentor-ship program. She is president of the Gender and Sexuality Alliance club as well as the Future Business Leaders of America club. At the moment, she serves in her high school’s Student Government as Class treasurer. Millie banks many hours of community service and has worked with children and people with disabilities all of her life. Her mother, Rachel Rocco, a type 1 diabetic diagnosed at two years old, and her half-brother Noah Perdue, inspire her to keep going. Millie was a dancer, actor, and model, but she still plays violin. She plans to major in genetics in university to research genetic disabilities and become a genetic counselor.
