Chroma is inspired by the symbolism of different themes and moods evoked by the colors green, blue, red, purple, and white, and tells stories through the movements of disabled and non-disabled dancers. The performance will include a virtual program guiding you throughout the entire performance on a mobile site that can be adaptable for screen readers. Vivid audio description created in collaboration with dance critic Kathryn Boland will be available to make the dance a more inclusive experience.
Abilities Dance is celebrating their mission of increasing inclusion in dance through their second annual performance at Hibernian Hall. The show is called "Next Level" inspired by the major growth the company has undergone since their first show last year. They hope to showcase their compelling choreography and breathtaking musical compositions as they tell powerful stories to inspire and entertain.
Abiltiies Dance is excited to announce our first master class with Paige Fraser! Paige Fraser is in town to perform in our show Next Level and we are excited to have her lead a master class! This class will be centered in contemporary that will explore improv and some her own phrase material that she will perform in Next Level on June 2nd! Abilities Dance Director of Music Andrew Choe will be performing live music that accomodates the movement style and flow of the class.

Series offers performance opportunities annually to 25 emerging dance companies and choreographers to share their work, each choreographer will present a work on this eclectic presentation of different dance voices and styles.
Abilities Dance will be hosting our first performance at the Multicutlural Arts Center! Our first show deals with the experiences of a physically challenged person and how their challenges can affect familial and romantic relationships, as told through the lens of the founder Ellice Patterson.
